Dave Humke, is a licensed Nevada attorney with 25 years of practice serving as a prosecutor, a defense attorney and for the past seven years as a tribal court judge. Additionally, he was elected and served both in the State Assembly and as County Commissioner. Dave has a iMAC at home that he uses to facilitate video arraignment (An arraignment is the defendant’s initial appearance before a judge; the defendant is informed of the charges against him/her). For a phone Dave uses a android but it considering buying a new phone (of course we recommend the iPhone).
